First off, the visual was beautiful and the soundtrack breathtaking. However, the fragmented storytelling and unrelatable character studies fail as vessels to convey such a grandeur perspective and brave idea. A film like this survives when critics (and quite often the audiences too) are scared of being called crude, and when the industry waits with baited breath for the next piece of "groundbreakingly artistic" work that could be hyped and respected, in order to redeem itself as vital, daring and innovative. Giving credit to the hard work the filmmakers have done to bring alive a courageous piece of cinematic adventure, I did enjoy the poetic experience the film offered. Nonetheless, the rigid sacrifice of so many basic and intrinsic elements that make up a good movie, and the ostentatious abuse of heart-wrenching visual space have become more or less a pattern for the "high-art" cin
