醫(yī)護(hù)人員被注射針頭意外扎傷，是一種典型的職業(yè)暴露危險(xiǎn)，因此染病的案例在全世界都非常多，每一件都非常讓人心痛不甘。病人在注射過(guò)程中可能會(huì)有各種難以預(yù)料、難以控制的身體反應(yīng)（彈起、掙扎之類的），因此僅僅讓醫(yī)護(hù)人員小心操作是無(wú)濟(jì)于事的。戴手套也擋不住針頭。事先打疫苗也不能對(duì)付所有的病。真正有效的預(yù)防方法是使用設(shè)計(jì)得更安全的注射針具，比如那種針頭可以自動(dòng)回縮的，或者有巧妙設(shè)計(jì)的套盒讓針頭不暴露出來(lái)的。
