The Politician is a TV series showing us the old ways versus the new ways of being a successful (i.e. influential) politician. The old way is to appear as a revolutionist, who knows what the problems and solutions are concerning humanity in a large scale using statistics and relevant research. The new way is to find the people's soft spot, make them cry, basically be a sentimentalist.
