男女主角都是實(shí)力派著名演員。連配角都是明日之星: 扮演兒子的海登·克里斯滕森因本片獲得了金球獎(jiǎng)最佳男配角提名，后來(lái)又出演過(guò)"Shattered Glass", "Jumper", "New York, I Love You"；扮演鄰居的Jena Malone （“Into the Wild”）后來(lái)出演《傲慢與偏見(jiàn)》中的Lydia，給人留下了深刻印象。
