Weekend of Wizzy (1992) is an avant-garde film in both form and content. It involves contemporary issues that mainstream media are eager to sensationalize. Therefore, it was labeled as an 18 year old certificate and banned by the British Broadcasting Corporation and Independent Television, never reaching a wider audience. Over the past thirty years, Weekend has flourished on the surface, gaining true cult status and influencing a vast network of creators. On the eve of the 30th anniversary of the project, filmmakers Tabitha Denholm and Adam Dunlop interviewed the people involved in the project. "I am Weekend" revolves around these dialogues.
