Due to the inability to find inspiration for his latest work, young writer Liam (played by Daryl McCormack) took on a huge task of tutoring the son of legendary writer J.M. Sinclair (played by Richard E. Grant) and his wife H é l è ne Sinclair (played by Julie Delpi). The Sinclairs were saddened by the mysterious passing of their eldest son, and they urged Liam to work harder and invited him to live with them on the estate. Quickly, lies of all sizes unfolded, and a well intentioned exercise quickly turned into a legendary story of desire, betrayal, jealousy, and seeking inheritance to define relevance.
