這個紀(jì)錄片是關(guān)注于心理問題的，但對于selena遭受的心理折磨并沒有記錄地特別寫實，更多是從別人的嘴里講出來或者是Selena坐在大床上難受之類的畫面。治愈的過程也沒有心理醫(yī)生診療，而是selena去肯尼亞接觸更多貧苦人民好像就治愈了大半似的。影片中有說過心理治療，但感覺輕描淡寫的就講完了。
我并不是想窺探一個女明星發(fā)病或者接受治療心理疾病過程中的隱私，而是感覺心理問題最折磨并且需要重視的部分沒有在這部紀(jì)錄片中強調(diào)出來。
selena很不容易還能堅持公益事業(yè)是讓人尊敬的

And this is why the world is filled with so many people who seemingly have it all. they are famous or wealthy or they are powerful. but what really matters is gge quality of the connections that we have. that whenever we have connections with people where we feel like we can not be ourselves,that actually separates us further and further from other people.

I've been dealing with depression too. So I think I can really relate to every feeling she's talking about.
One part that hit me so hard is that girl who wanna be a nurse; giving more rather than taking. It sounds cliché but it's really what I need right now. Also I wish I have more to give.
