In 1984, Air India's IC691 flight was hijacked and sent to Lahore. This is the fifth hijacked flight by Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the past seven years. RAW has decided to appoint Anshul Malhotra, an undercover agent codenamed Bell Bottom, who has conducted extensive research on hijacked flights in the past few years. Due to the death of his mother during a hijacked flight, this task is personal to him.
