接第一季結(jié)尾，女兒說Wilford沒死，但最開始不讓W(xué)ilford露面。最后，Ruth等人強(qiáng)烈要求見W本人，女兒沒有辦法阻擋，只能讓W(xué)現(xiàn)身。
但是，這里的W不是真正的W本體，本體已經(jīng)被Melanie干掉。
第二季出現(xiàn)的W是補(bǔ)給火車中生物實驗室里的創(chuàng)造出的合成人。（第一季電視劇最后一集男工程師有一句話提到補(bǔ)給車上有這么一個實驗室。）
再之后，合成的W被識破不是本體，Ruth等人再次意圖奪取列車。

Two new main characters appear in New season the train owner Mr Wilford and Melane’s daughter Alex. One crazy plan - recolonization on Earth as signs showing global warming. Two engines, Snow-piercer and Big Alice now communicate, which lead more possibilities for the story lines. The story now splits into two parts on-train and off rails. The series spends one episode deviating from the main story and talks about how the train debuted. The one more about Melane’s demise
