Gary Busey plays Buck, a former Vietnam War veteran/former prisoner who was recently released from the national prison. He returned to the small town in the Midwest where he grew up, only to find that the place was occupied by a large motorcycle gang who was intent on causing trouble. When the motorcycle rider, with the help of a Vietnamese veterinary colleague and his former drug lord inmate living in Miami, murdered his wife and injured his youngest daughter Busey, Buck armed himself and launched a war against the motorcycle rider, destroying them once and for all.
