"Betrayal" tells the story of a small town suffering from severe water pollution. This fictional town under attack represents communities from neighboring countries and around the world. Inspired by community events in Canada and abroad, Betrayal explores an increasingly important issue for the health and public safety of people around the world: regulation of food sources and drinking water. Anonymous wrote that due to the hasty work of the public works manager, the water supply in a small town on the Canadian grasslands was contaminated with E. coli from a cattle farm. Local medical staff feel confused and at a loss. Someone is trying to cover up this issue. (Roughly based on the events that occurred in Wolverton, Ontario in 2000)
