In director Henner Winckler's touching story of love and maturity, a young mother who struggles to raise her youngest daughter finds herself burdened with heavy responsibilities. Maggy is an 18-year-old girl who was forced to grow up early after giving birth to a baby girl named Lucy. Fortunately, Maggie's mother is always willing to help take care of young Lucy. Although Maggie still lives at home with her mother, it is evident that this young girl desires the independence necessary for independent entrepreneurship. After meeting Gordon at a local club, she seemed to have finally found a way to do so. Gordon is a few years older than her and has her own apartment. One night, after a heated argument with her mother, Maggie decided to move in with Gordon. Although the couple later sincerely tried to become good parents and do the best for Lucy, they soon realized that taking on adult responsibilities is not so easy when you have just passed your childhood.
