一位孤寡老人的房子在大火中被燒了，旁邊的消防局正在開party，為了幫老人紓困，負責人向大家募捐，大家捐的都是彩票，彩票是用來在party上抽獎的，可以兌換現(xiàn)場的禮品。
可沒想到，擺在展臺上值錢的獎品大多被偷了，只剩下些不值錢的了。
局長想了個辦法：關(guān)燈！
寄希望于偷竊者良心發(fā)現(xiàn)，摸黑放回獎品。
一陣黑暗，待照明恢復(fù)，人們望向展臺，沒想到就連不值錢的獎品都不見了！
局長大失所望，斥責了眾人一通，并決定再給大家一次機會。
