In "Nightmare", director Rodney Archer (room 237) did this. This film explores what is often called "sleep paralysis". This is a situation where someone is lying in bed, but his body is completely motionless. Some people with this disease, including the eight subjects in this documentary, feel that they have been attacked by something evil during this period. Ascher asked these subjects to tell their stories, and then we watched their performances on the screen. This is absolutely terrible, if not completely worth it.
