Eagles are the most powerful raptors in the world, catching monkeys from the branches of the jungle canopy. They are rare and elusive, rarely seen, but with the discovery of an eagle nest in the remote Orinoco rainforest of Venezuela, wildlife filmmaker Fergus Beeley has a unique opportunity to track the life of a chick from birth to adulthood. Fergus climbed up to the tree crown, revealing a stunning world of colors and sounds, which was a test for the newly hatched chicks of the feathered eagle during their growth process. Fergus is just another member of the dazzling bird and animal community surrounding the eagle's nest, and has established an unexpectedly intimate relationship with the chicks.
