This is a movie about Sean Randall, a troubled teenager who is falsely accused of planning the Columbine shooting. All of this begins with an unlikely connection between Sean (played by Connor Jessup) and a scholarly girl named Deanna Roy (played by Alexia Fast). Deanna's boyfriend was heavily threatened by Sean and Deanna's friendship, leading to a violent conflict. In order to protect himself, Sean issued a death threat online and was quickly arrested. When the police raided Sean's home, they found rifles, hunting rifles, knives, and ammunition - all of which belonged to Sean's father, Rich (played by Michael Booe), a fanatical hunter. They also discovered a so-called "hit list" with the names of twenty people who had tortured Sean. The authorities and media announced that another Columbine tragedy had been avoided, and Sean would soon face terrifying imprisonment in a juvenile detention facility. Sean's only hope was to overcome his dark image and prove his innocence to Diana and his community.
