Aim at the nipples of the seagull. The old man is rap in the bathhouse. As a drug smuggled into Italian pasta. Welcome back to the world of Mole's Song. The third and final part of this series of manga adaptations, created by IFFR regulars Miike Takashi, is once again filled with delicious madness. After "Undercover Agent Reggie" (IFFR 2014) and "Hong Kong Rhapsody" (IFFR 2017), the enemy this time is the Italian mafia smuggling their "express" to the port of Yokohama. Yakuza's boss Papilon was worried about his business and wanted to prevent them from entering, and the Japanese police were no exception: Reggie worked as an undercover agent for these two people. All these complex plots have given fanatic director Miike a crazy playground for secondary plots. "Mole's Song: Finals" sometimes makes us mistake it for an ordinary action thriller. It is a cocktail that blends farce comedy, comical fantasy, and puppet animation. Reggie, played again by the energetic and captivating Ikuta Toma, is always at the center of a spinning tornado.
